1. ROOM RATE INCLUDES:

• Complimentary 02 bottles of drinking water, tea, and coffee daily.

2. CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children under 05 years old, sharing bed with adults, free of charge. Maximum 2 children per room.
• Children from 05 – 10.99 years old, breakfast surcharge of 240,000 VND/child/night, sharing bed with parents, holiday surcharge double.
• Children from 11 years old, surcharge as an adult: 500,000 VND – 600,000 VND/extra bed/night, holiday surcharge 700,000 VND/extra bed/night.

Early Check-in Policy

• Before 7:00 AM: 100% surcharge of one night’s room rate.
• From 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM: 50% surcharge of one night’s room rate, subject to room availability.
• Check-in between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM is arranged free of charge, subject to room availability.

Late Check-out Policy

• From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% surcharge of one night’s room rate.
• After 6:00 PM: 100% surcharge of one night’s room rate.
